Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Forage Fusion Drilling is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead and strengthen our Health, Safety & Environment operations across multiple drilling projects.

This role combines system management, regulatory compliance, and field support, and requires someone who can operate effectively both in the office and on active project sites.

Key Responsibilities

HSE Leadership & Systems:

Lead and improve the HSE Management System

Establish HSE objectives and KPIs

Integrate HSE into operations

Support EcoLogo UL 2724 certification

Programs & Compliance:

Maintain policies, procedures, and programs

Ensure compliance (CNESST, WSIB, etc.)

Manage SWPs, hazard assessments, ERPs

Conduct site visits, audits, inspections

Support crews and supervisors

Lead incident investigations

Systems & Reporting

Manage HSE systems (eCompliance)

Track performance and KPIs

Maintain and verify personnel tracking across projects

Client & External:

Support audits and prequalification

Represent company during inspections

Support onboarding and training

Coach supervisors and teams

Requirements

3+ years HSE experience (drilling, mining, construction, or industrial)

Leadership experience

Experience in remote / multi-site environments

Strong understanding of safety regulations

Fluent in French and English

Preferred

CRSP or NCSO

Experience building HSE systems

Experience with digital safety tools
