We are hiring a permanent, part time Customer Experience Leader at Coles in the LloydMall.
We are looking for someone who has at least 1 to 3 years of experience in retail leading teams in a customer-facing environment. The successful candidate will have a passion for books, connecting with people and making recommendations.
The Customer Experience Leader is the execution lead of all customer programs and results. This position role models and coaches to create a high-performance, customer-focused environment where employees build their capabilities, contribute to team success, and bring the Indigo brand to life through meaningful business outcomes. They must be available for a minimum of 25 hours a week including evenings, weekends and holidays to be considered.
