Real Estate Photographer (Independent Contractor)

About the role

IC real-estate photographer for Bricks in the GTA/Mississauga. Jobs are assigned through Bricks after you’re approved; you accept work that fits your schedule. You keep your own clients and business; this is not an exclusive arrangement.

Responsibilities

• On-site residential shoots.

• Follow Bricks shoot standards.

• Deliver work to shared specifications.

• Schedule your availability around accepted jobs.

Required

• 2+ years of real-estate or architectural photography experience, or a strong equivalent portfolio.

• Own professional camera and lenses suitable for interior and exterior photography.

• Reliable transportation across the GTA/Mississauga.

• Portfolio of recent real-estate property work (link or PDF at application).

• Able to work as an independent contractor in Canada.

• Based in or regularly covering the GTA/Mississauga.

Nice to have

• HDR/bracket workflow experience.

• Twilight photography experience.

• Matterport/3D tour experience (optional). Virtual Visit is a separate add-on.

• Fixed CAD payouts for listing-media assignments, sized to the property and package. Photos only–Essentials payouts run $55.15–$192.35 CAD across Tier C and Tier B, before HST.

• Payments go through Stripe Connect within 7 business days after the client accepts deliverables, or within 14 days of shoot completion if the client has not acted.

• No editing required. You shoot and upload; Bricks handles all listing stills post-production. You do not retouch, HDR-merge, or deliver finished MLS stills.

• Recurring GTA / Mississauga opportunities as bookings grow.

• Clear shoot standards and onboarding after you’re approved.
