We're growing fast and looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own our digital presence across every channel and build a cohesive 360 strategy that matches the quality of the pieces we sell.
The Role
You'll be the central person connecting our digital channels into one unified strategy. This is a small team, you'll work directly with the founders, collaborate with our content creators on social media production, and leverage our AI-powered analytics system that generates daily performance reports across revenue, paid media, SEO, email, and inventory.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be building campaigns, writing briefs, analyzing performance, and optimizing in real time. In a company our size, the person who sets the strategy is the same person who executes with the support of content creators, and that's what makes it exciting.
What You'll Own
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and manage content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Build content calendars, write creative briefs for content creators, and oversee posting schedules
- Manage community engagement, comments, DMs, and brand interactions with support of the sale’s staff and content creators.
- Track performance metrics (engagement rate, saves, shares, follower growth) and optimize based on data
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations
- Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- Monitor ROAS, frequency, creative fatigue, and budget pacing
- Launch new campaigns, A/B test creatives, and scale winners
- Manage retargeting audiences and lookalike audiences
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
- Plan and execute email campaigns — product drops, promotions, seasonal content, newsletters
- Monitor and optimize automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, winback, post-purchase)
- Grow the email list through social-to-email conversion tactics
- Track open rates, click rates, revenue attribution, and flow performance
SEO & Content Strategy
- Manage organic search strategy keyword research, on-page optimization, content planning
- Coordinate blog content and product description optimization
- Monitor Google Search Console performance (clicks, impressions, CTR, position)
- Ensure the website is optimized for both traditional search and AI-powered search engines
What You Bring
Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Bilingual French and English (written and spoken)
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand (not just personal accounts)
- Proven experience running paid campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Working knowledge of Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform (Mailchimp, Omnisend, etc.)
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals, on-page, technical, content strategy
- Comfortable with data you can read dashboards, pull insights, and make decisions based on numbers
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar), Canva, Adobe, Asana and willingness to integrate them into daily workflows
- Thrives in a small team where you wear multiple hats and move fast
Nice to Have
- Experience in fashion, luxury, retail, or lifestyle brands
- Background in a digital marketing agency (comfortable managing multiple channels simultaneously)
- Knowledge of Shopify and its ecosystem
- Experience with Pinterest marketing and TikTok
- Video editing skills (Cap-cut) (Reels, TikTok)
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
- Understanding of influencer marketing and partnership management
What makes the role different
You'll lead digital marketing across social media, paid advertising, email, and SEO. This is a hands-on role where strategy and execution go together. You'll be the one inside the ad platforms, building campaigns in Klaviyo, and tracking performance in Search Console.
You'll work directly with the co-founders and alongside content creators who handle photography, video, and Reels production.
You'll also have access to an AI reporting system we've built that pulls daily data from Shopify, Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, and GA4. That means you start each morning with insights already organized, so you can focus on making smart decisions instead of pulling numbers from spreadsheets.
