About the Role

We’re looking for friendly and outgoing team members to support an interactive customization experience in Vancouver. You’ll help guests engage with the activation, assist with technical elements, and ensure everything runs smoothly on site.

This is a hands on, fast paced role, perfect for anyone who loves fashion, customization, and working with people.

Role & Responsibilities

As part of our on site experience team, you will

• Greet and engage guests as they arrive, creating a welcoming and energetic environment
• Guide attendees through the experience and help them personalize their items
• Customize garments including hats, totes, sweaters, and shirts
• Support light technical elements such as simple triggers and resets
• Help maintain flow and energy within the space
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and well stocked
• Troubleshoot minor issues and flag anything that needs escalation
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
• Represent the brand professionally with a friendly, reliable, and positive attitude

Skills Needed

• Sewing skills (with a sewing machine) strongly preferred
• Comfortable with basic tech and learning new equipment
• Personable, confident, and great with guests
• Able to stay on your feet and work long event days
