THE OPPORTUNITY

We're a fast-growing marketing company helping local businesses in Montreal and Ottawa get more customers and more repeat business.

We're looking for 3–5 driven, field-based sales reps to grow our client base through direct outreach to local businesses. This is a boots-on-the-ground role, you'll be meeting business owners face to face, showcasing a service their business can't live without, and closing deals on the spot.

If you've ever wanted a role where your income is entirely in your own hands, no ceiling, no politics, no waiting for a raise, this is it.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

30+ businesses visited per day across your assigned territory

10–15 conversations with owners or decision-makers

4–6 new clients signed ($2,000–$3,000 in commissions)

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Full product training, 2-day intensive, before you meet clients

Proven script and objection-handling playbook

Assigned territory (no overlap with other reps)

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You've done some form of face-to-face sales, promotions, or customer-facing work, and you liked it.

You're self-directed. Nobody will be managing your schedule, you'll own your day.

You're coachable. You'll follow a process before improvising

Bilingual (French/English) is a strong advantage for the Montreal territory

You're not looking for a 9-to-5. You're looking for a vehicle

This is not a salaried role. Your income is 100% performance-based

This is not for someone who needs hand-holding. We'll train you, after that, you execute
