Job Title: ELMS Developer (Senior .NET Developer)

Location: Regina, SK (Onsite)

Duration: Contract

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to lead enhancements for a business-critical online financial reporting application.

Must-Have Skills

  • 10+ years .NET development with C#, ASP.NET MVC, Razor, SQL Server, Entity Framework, AutoMapper, jQuery & Bootstrap
  • .NET 9+ / .NET 10 experience
  • Strong experience enhancing complex production .NET applications
  • Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and deployment
  • API development and maintenance
  • Entity Framework Code-First migrations
  • Strong understanding of complex business rules and application modernization
  • Technical documentation and strong communication skills
  • Developer mentoring experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test and deploy application enhancements
  • Maintain Azure DevOps build/release pipelines
  • Support UAT, staging and production deployments
  • Prepare technical documentation, release notes and deployment instructions
  • Ensure secure, maintainable and well-documented code

Nice to Have

  • ReactJS or AngularJS
  • Telerik UI for ASP.NET
  • SSRS
  • Financial or regulatory reporting application experience
  • Experience working with legislated business rules
