JOB TITLE: Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA)

POSITION TYPE: Permanent Full-Time

We are a small public accounting firm with continuous growth that provides service to Saskatoon and surrounding area. We are seeking a CPA wishing to join a team focused on providing exceptional client service to a diverse client base. Our smaller firm environment requires someone who has enthusiasm, motivation and the desire to grow and advance in public practice.

The diversity of our services range from simple to complex bookkeeping, compilations, reviews, personal and corporate tax preparation in addition to business and estate planning. As part of our team, applicants will be responsible for the preparation of setting up files for new clients, working papers, financial statements and tax returns. Seeking a highly organized individual to manage multiple files simultaneously while meeting the needs of our clientele with the highest level of service. Key requirements would also include strong analytical and organizational skills along with confident written and verbal communication skills.

QUALIFICATION

We are seeking an accounting professional who has their CPA designation or has recently written the CPA exam and is awaiting their designation. Experience with Caseware, Taxprep T1, and Cantax T2 is considered an asset.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

We are looking for a motivated and career-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative, small-team environment. Our office consists of four partners and their designated support staff. This specific role the accountant will be working with one Partner and his two staff, providing an excellent opportunity to work closely with leadership and gain broad exposure to a variety of client and accounting matters.

The successful candidate will be someone who is comfortable working independently, takes initiative, and is eager to continue developing their professional skills and advance their career in our office.
