Hiring Fair for New Concept Opening – Come Say Ciao!

We’re hiring for Pasta e Basta — a quick-service pasta concept inspired by one of our most beloved restaurants, Ask for Luigi.

This concept is built around a simple idea: great pasta, served quickly, without compromise. This is Luigi at its most direct form — familiar, comforting, and generous. No extras, no complications. Just good pasta, served well. Even in a quick-service setting, the goal remains the same: to create a moment of connection through food and hospitality.

We’re building our opening team and are looking for Cooks, Chef de Parties, and Counter Servers. We’d love to meet passionate, hospitality-driven individuals who want to help bring Pasta e Basta to life! Please review the position you're interested and join us in person at our hiring fair.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a similar role
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while multi-tasking and maintaining high standards
• Able to stay calm, positive, and energized in a fast-paced environment
• A strong team player who supports others and helps keep service flowing
• Food Safe Level 1 is considered an asset
• Pasta experience considered an asset for BOH roles
