Hiring: Welders – Afternoon Shift | Windsor, ON

We are looking for 2 Welders to join our team on the afternoon shift.

Pay: $22–$30/hour + $2/hour afternoon shift premium

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions
  • Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automated welding equipment
  • Perform welding using GTAW (TIG), GMAW, FCAW, and multi-pass welding techniques
  • Operate oxygen arc cutting equipment
  • Fabricate and repair metal components
  • Ensure work meets quality and safety standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of welding experience
  • Current welding certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and understand English for safety procedures and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
