We provide high-quality, cost-effective home healthcare equipment to clients who want to maintain their comfort and mobility. Our team takes pride in helping clients understand their options and choose the solutions that best meet their needs. Plus supply and install a wide range of products, including stair lifts, porch lifts, ceiling lifts, scooters, power and manual wheelchairs, bathroom safety equipment, and other mobility aids.

We’re looking for a caring, reliable, and mechanically inclined professional to join us as an Installations & Service Technician. In this role, you’ll deliver, install, and maintain mobility and accessibility equipment such as stair lifts, porch lifts, ceiling lifts, scooters, power and manual wheelchairs, and bathroom safety products — equipment our clients depend on every day. This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and meaningful work that directly improves people’s lives.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver, install, and maintain client mobility and accessibility equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues with professionalism and care
  • Maintain and service company and client-owned equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and identify opportunities to improve client solutions
  • Assist with receiving, preparing, and sanitizing rental or showroom equipment
  • Keep shop and vehicle workspaces organized, safe, and efficient
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities using Method:CRM, QuickBooks, and related systems
  • Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures for installations, troubleshooting, and safety practices

What You Bring

  • Proven dependability, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety
  • Mechanical aptitude with basic electrical or electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience using hand and power tools; good manual dexterity
  • Excellent communication and client service skills, with a compassionate and respectful attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Computer literacy (email, record-keeping, scheduling; Microsoft Office an asset)

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in equipment installation, servicing, or related mechanical work
  • Experience in home renovations, construction, or similar technical fields an asset
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally heavier with assistance)
  • Must pass a Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
