We have an exciting opportunity for a band 5 medical secretary team manger within Psychiatry of Old Age. This post provides the day-to-day oversight of the provision and co-ordination of secretarial and administrative operations to the medical secretary team who provide administrative support to Psychiatry of Old Age and the Older People Psychology service in Angus. The role is specialised in content and diverse in range.

The successful applicant must demonstrate highly developed interpersonal and communication and customer care skills; verbal, written and IT. A positive approach to teamwork and excellent organisational skills is essential.

Applicants must have a formal degree level qualification in secretarial studies/business administration or equivalent knowledge gained through extensive experience at band 3 or 4 level experience.

Hours of work: full time 36 hours per week, Monday- Friday.
