Drive adoption of Daqo’s solutions in renewable energy, grid infrastructure, data centers, and EV charging projects

Represent Daqo in industry events, regulatory discussions, and commercial negotiations

Coordinate with HQ on product localization, pricing strategies, and compliance with regional standards (e.g., ANSI, IEEE, NOM, UL)

Monitor market trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)

Based in the Americas (Mexico, USA, or LATAM) or willing to relocate

7+ years of experience in energy/power systems, with B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships

Strong knowledge of Americas energy markets (utilities, renewables, industrial electrification)

Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder projects

Entrepreneurial mindset—self-driven, adaptable, and results-oriented

Data Center Energy & Power Distribution

Power Sales & Industrial Electricity Sales (Core Focus)

Renewable Energy Support (PV / Energy Storage)

What you’ll do:

• Develop new customers and convert opportunities into signed contracts

• Build strong long-term relationships with key clients

• Lead sales negotiations, close deals, and achieve revenue targets

• Coordinate internally with technical, production, and after-sales teams

• Handle delivery follow-up, service support, and issue resolution

• Report market trends, opportunities, and risks to support pricing and product strategy

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Electrical Engineering / International Trade preferred)

• 3–5 years of sales or customer management experience

• Electrical industry background is strongly preferred

• Fluent English for negotiations and daily business communication

• Strong communication, negotiation, execution, and stress management skills

• Results-driven, independent, and team-oriented
