HR Specialist

AfterQuery is seeking Human Resources professionals to create and evaluate HR reasoning challenges for our AI training modules. In this remote, flexible role, you will design realistic HR scenarios — employee-relations cases, policy questions, talent decisions — that test an AI model’s ability to reason through people matters with care and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR case studies, policy scenarios, and employee-relations exercises that challenge AI models
• Evaluate and validate model responses for accuracy, fairness, and practical judgment
• Collaborate with HR and technical experts to calibrate difficulty and coverage

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience in human resources or people operations
• Working knowledge of employment practices and HR policy
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PHR, SHRM-CP, or comparable certification
• Experience across multiple HR functions (ER, comp, recruiting, L&D)
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus
