Seasonal Courier

This temporary courier position involves

providing courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route, ensuring shipments meet service standards, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include

• operating vehicles safely and efficiently while maintaining a professional appearance
• inspecting packages, reporting stop counts and missorts, and adhering to operating procedures
• seeking additional business from current customers and sharing leads with sales
• ensuring proper labeling, paperwork accuracy, and supply of shipping materials
• operating computerized tracking systems and answering customer inquiries about services
• loading/unloading aircraft or containers as needed

Qualifications include high school diploma or GED;

experience is not required, but customer service experience is preferred.

Preferred skills include

• customer orientation
• proficiency in features of service and equipment
• safe vehicle operation and compliance with regulations
