Who we are

Group 7 is an independent, privately held brokerage out of Surrey. Two partners, no parent company, no roll-up waiting in the wings. We've built out personal lines, commercial, and a growing Life & Benefits division — and we run on Applied Epic with 25+ carrier relationships behind us.

The opportunity

This is for producers who already have a network and want to be paid properly for working it. You own the relationships. We handle the markets, the system, and support with the admin.

What you bring

> Level 2 general insurance licence (BC) or Alberta equivalent

> Commercial lines experience and a real track record writing new business

> An established network of your own to sell into

> The judgment to run a client relationship start to finish

What we bring

> 90% commission on rollover business you move over

> New business and renewal splits negotiated on volume — we'd rather talk numbers than post a range

> Dedicated CSR and admin support, so certificates, endorsements, and documentation aren't your problem

> Full carrier and MGA access

> Retirement and exit planning

> Two owners you can reach the same day you need an answer
