Warehouse Operations Coordinator

RRA Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Coordinator in Surrey, BC. This full-time position offers $30–$34 per hour, based on experience. You will coordinate daily warehouse activities, inventory flow, shipping, and operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations.
• Monitor receiving and outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assign tasks and track workflow.
• Resolve inventory and shipping issues.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Previous coordination or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Experience with WMS or inventory systems.
• Proficiency with Excel and digital reporting.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Logistics or supply chain education.
• Forklift or warehouse equipment experience.
• Experience with KPI and inventory reporting.
