Wage: $36.00–$46.00/hour

Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off — Days & Nights

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic mine site construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily production activities, coordinating crews and equipment, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will help drive productivity, support continuous improvement, and maintain strong communication across the operation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mining supervision, production supervision, or construction management within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operations, production processes, and site activities.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand equipment operations and identify or troubleshoot issues.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, and coordinating crews and equipment.
• Knowledge of process improvement principles and a commitment to improving productivity and efficiency.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams, provide direction, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ability to work effectively with operations, maintenance, management, and other site personnel.
• Valid G Class driver's license.
