We’re looking for a skilled

Remote Legal Assistant—located anywhere in British Columbia—to support our mission of making family law smarter, kinder, and stronger. We offer a supportive, collaborative work environment where team members are respected, valued, and compensated competitively.

What You’ll Do

• Draft, proofread, and revise pleadings and legal documents
• Prepare and coordinate for hearings and trials, including scheduling and file management
• Work directly with lawyers on all aspects of file management
• Manage client files from start to finish
• Provide proactive day‑to‑day support in a fast‑paced remote environment

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Legal Administrative Assistant program (required)
• Minimum of 3 year of legal assistant experience (family law experience is a strong asset)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using cloud‑based systems
• Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solution‑oriented
• A positive attitude and great personality—we value people who enhance our firm culture
