Key Responsibilities

• Review and dispense prescriptions accurately and safely
• Provide medication counselling and support positive patient outcomes
• Conduct medication reviews and expand clinical service offerings
• Provide minor ailment assessments and prescribing where authorized
• Develop smoking cessation services and prescribing where authorized
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain efficient operations

Requirements

• Licensed pharmacist eligible to practise in Ontario
• Strong patient-care and communication skills
• Interest in clinical services and expanding the pharmacist’s role
• Kroll experience is an asset
