Additional Mandatory Requirements (Pass Or Fail)

• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
• Post-Secondary degree majoring in computer science, software development, business computing, or management information systems. Proof of the degree shall be provided with the response.

Education

• Valid Health Level 7 International certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response.

Skill And Experience

• 10 years’ experience as a system or integration analyst in a project environment including integration specifications, data modeling, and data migration experience. The response should include at least 3 examples including title and duration of the project that totals at least 10 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
• 10 years’ experience with the implementation of clinical information systems in a healthcare environment in an analyst role. The response should include at least 3 examples including title and duration of the project that total at least 10 years. At least one example should contain experience with implementation of clinical information systems on a provincial scale. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
• 7 years’ experience with merging patient demographic and visit data in an Altera Sunrise care environment. The response should include at least 2 examples including title and duration of the project that totals at least 7 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
• 7 years’ experience designing interfaces, data conversions and reports in a healthcare setting. The response should include at least 2 examples including title and duration of the project that totals at least 7 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
• 5 years’ experience in data modeling techniques involving confidential client or demographic information. The response should include at least 2 examples including title and duration of the project that totals at least 5 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
