Operations Manager

Are you a hands-on operational leader who thrives in fast-paced, industrial environments? We're looking for an Operations Manager to lead our 24-hour metal distribution facility-driving safety, performance, and team excellence across all shifts.

What You'll Own

• Lead end-to-end warehouse/distribution operations (receiving → processing → shipping)
• Champion a safety-first, people-focused culture
• Develop and coach supervisors to build high-performing teams
• Drive on-time, accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Use data to manage KPIs, solve problems, and improve performance
• Optimize inventory accuracy, material flow, and asset utilization

What You Bring

• 7-10+ years of operations leadership experience
• 3-5+ years leading supervisors or team leads
• Background in distribution, manufacturing, or industrial operations
• Strong safety leadership and heavy material handling knowledge
• Experience managing multi-shift / 24-hour operations
• A data-driven, accountable, and hands-on leadership style

Nice to Have

• Metal distribution or heavy industrial experience
• ERP/WMS systems knowledge
• Lean / Continuous Improvement experience
