Your Role on the Team

• Team Captain Support: Act as the right-hand to the Store Manager, helping lead daily operations and motivating your team like a seasoned assistant coach.
• Customer MVP: Deliver standout customer experiences, helping shoppers make informed, confident choices — whether they're rookies or seasoned vets in cannabis.
• Game-Day Execution: Manage inventory with precision, ensure product displays are on point, and keep the store running like a well-oiled machine.
• Rules of the Game: Ensure compliance with all provincial cannabis regulations — from ID checks to record-keeping — because the best teams always play by the rules.
• Offensive Strategy: Contribute to sales goals, promotions, and customer engagement tactics like a coach drawing up the winning play. Whether it’s product launches or local events, your creativity helps bring fans in the door.
• Talent Development: Train and mentor staff like a coach developing rookies into pros — sharing knowledge, correcting mistakes, and celebrating wins.
• Execute any play : Help with all store needs, even helping take delivery's when needed.

What You Bring to the Locker Room

• Experience: 2+ years in retail cannabis and supervisory roles. If you've led a team before — on or off the field — we want to hear about it.
• Cannabis Knowledge: You don’t need to know every strain by heart, but you should be familiar with cannabis products, formats, and effects. We’ll help coach you through the rest.
• Leadership: You’re a motivator, a mentor, and a team-builder. You know how to rally the squad and keep morale high, even in the fourth quarter.
• Communication: Clear, respectful, and inspiring — both with your team and customers.
• Hustle: You take initiative, stay cool under pressure, and handle curveballs with confidence.
• Tech Skills: Comfortable using POS systems, digital inventory tools, and spreadsheets to keep track of store stats.
• Ready to take the field: You have open availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
