At Sunrise Senior Living, we champion the quality of life for all seniors. As a Maintenance Assistant, you help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning community for residents, families, and team members. What You’ll Do:
Complete assigned maintenance tasks and work orders
Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures)
Assist with painting and refurbishing projects
Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance
Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks
Maintain tools, equipment, and repair inventory
Support carpet and floor care as needed
Assist with suite “make-ready” preparation
Follow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards
Participate in emergency preparedness and fire drills
Drive community vehicle as assigned You play a key role in safety, compliance, and day-to-day building operations.
