EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE

Langley Christian School is accepting applications for a part-time exterior maintenance person beginning immediately.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a dependable, handy individual to join our facilities team, focusing on keeping our campus beautiful, safe, and well-maintained.

This role is responsible for exterior maintenance including painting and repairs as well as property clean up.

Up to 20 hours per week, with flexible day time hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completion of Grade 12.
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or general building maintenance is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining a collaborative
• attitude within the broader team.
• Ability to stay active on your feet, bend, reach, and safely lift up to 15-20 kg.
• Employment is subject to a criminal record check.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

• $26 - $30 per hour
• Extended benefits
