What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Assembly Associates during your shift, providing guidance and support as needed.

  • Ensure each Associate has a clear set of assigned duties and tasks throughout their shift to maintain an efficient workflow.

  • Maintain a well-organized production floor by adhering to 5S principles, ensuring a safe and productive environment for all Associates.

  • Oversee the preparation of the Assembly work orders and the timely transfer of orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

  • Manage and streamline daily tasks to improve efficiency in the production process.

  • The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong leadership capabilities, ready to manage and support the RTE Assembly team. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. They possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of production processes, and a focus on continuous improvement.

  • You are articulate. You have strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Even better, you practice empathy in all spheres.

  • You understand the importance of details. You don’t sweat the small stuff and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, yet you have a keen ability to recognize nuance.

  • You are team-oriented. You understand the importance of a positive attitude, you are always seeking personal and professional growth and you are always there to lend a hand.

  • Proficiency in using production management tools and Fishbowl software to track and manage inventory, and workflow efficiency.

  • Happy to work afternoon and evening shifts as required.

What You Can Expect

  • Hourly wage of $23.60

  • Work schedule of Tuesday-Saturday from 7:00AM -3:00 PM
