Company Description: Canadian Sign Supplies, a leading supplier in Western Canada's wide-format printing and signage industry, is looking for a Full-Time Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

Our office is conveniently located near the Brentwood area of Burnaby. We offer a friendly, collaborative workplace where teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude are valued every day.

What You'll Do:

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members.

- Process customer orders from order entry through shipping.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone and email.

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

- Assist with online store orders.

- Maintain office and kitchen supplies.

- Greet customers, visitors, couriers, and vendors.

- Receive shipments and prepare outgoing orders for shipping.

- Provide administrative and sales support as required.

- Process credit card payments and assist with Accounts Receivable.

- Assist with inventory tracking and purchasing.

- Create and schedule social media content.

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Previous experience in customer service and/or office administration is an asset.

- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Gmail.

- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with social media platforms is an asset.

- Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
