Personal Insurance Account Manager

In this role, you’ll manage a personal lines book of business, providing tailored insurance solutions across auto, home, recreational, and umbrella policies. You’ll handle renewals, client communication, and remarketing opportunities while supporting business development and client retention. Necessary Qualifications Include

• Alberta Level 2 General Insurance License
• 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance (auto, home, recreational, umbrella)
• RIBO license is an asset (or willingness to obtain)
• CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM designations are considered an asset
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applied Epic
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• A friendly, professional demeanor and collaborative mindset
