Position Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the Lacoste brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping customers find products that fit their needs. You’ll contribute to achieving sales goals, maintaining visual standards, and supporting the day-to-day operations of one of Canada’s premier Lacoste locations.
Join our team at Lacoste’s Flagship Store in Downtown Vancouver, located at Pacific Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience & Sales
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized service.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers and create long-term client loyalty.
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to store KPIs.
- Develop strong product knowledge and confidently recommend merchandise.
- Process sales, exchanges, and returns accurately using the POS system.
Store Operations
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards.
- Replenish merchandise and organize stockrooms.
- Assist with shipment processing, inventory, and stock transfers.
- Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, organized, and inviting.
- Follow all cash handling, operational, and loss prevention procedures.
Teamwork & Development
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and continuously develop product knowledge and selling skills.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Passion for fashion, sport-inspired apparel, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional language skills are an asset.
