Status: 5 month Contract - until the end of December 2026

Salary: $22/hr

Location: Winnipeg, MB - Based out of the client’s office but traveling to residential properties within the Winnipeg area

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30-4:30pm.

Our client is the largest provider of energy efficiency, energy transition and energy sustainability services in North America. Since 2003, our mission has been to change the way people use energy. Their personalized services make it easy for commercial and industrial businesses, governments, utilities, and residential customers to reduce their energy use and greenhouse gas emissions.

They are looking for an Energy Technician to join their team on a contract basis to provide energy solution installations at residential properties. This is a full time, 40 hour per week contract until the end of December 2026. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Support Property Managers/owners in Manitoba through the application process.
• Act as on-site program representative, encouraging participation and overcoming barriers.
• Install water and energy-saving devices (training provided).
• Accurate data entry.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Contribute to team goals and recycling efforts.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Strong problem-solving skills on site.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Dedicated to outstanding customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Criminal background check required.
