It is the first 100% carbon-neutral mixed-use project in the Americas, and the largest LEED Gold retail development in Canada. Royalmount boasts over 170 retailers, including 60 restaurants and experiential attractions.
• Quartier DIX30, Canada’s second-largest multifunctional shopping center, located in Brossard;
• The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Montreal, a luxury lodging and dining destination located in the heart of downtown.

THE POSITION

The Customer Experience Representative must ensure impeccable, professional and courteous customer service.

– Deliver impeccable customer service, and a unique experience with every interaction;

– Maintain in-depth knowledge of Quartier DIX30: store locations, events and promotions;

– Make sure you’re on top of promotional and tourism campaigns;

– Know retailers’ locations so you can provide clear, straightforward information;

– Respond to any questions or requests from visitors to Quartier DIX30;

– Sell DIX30 gift cards;

– Develop and maintain good relations with retailers, partners, colleagues and visitors;

– Maintain knowledge of retailers’ products, price ranges, sales and special events, so as to be able to offer suggestions based on customers’ needs;

– Be able to walk the site to direct customers, check gift card machines and socialize with customers.

– Maintain a clean, tidy and uncluttered work environment.

OUR IDEAL COLLEAGUE

– High school diploma or post-secondary diploma;

– Relevant customer service experience (6 months to 1 year);

– Positive attitude and exceptional customer service;

– Proactivity;

– Ability to communicate effectively;

– Ability to work in a dynamic environment with the ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of professionalism;

– Friendly, solution-oriented approach;

– Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Internet environment)

– Organized and excellent prioritization skills;

– Excellent written and spoken communication skills;

– Bilingualism French/English required;

– Flexibility in availability to meet the operational needs of Quartier DIX30 (evenings, weekends, etc.).
