In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service in a fast-paced breakfast restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage seating, and create a welcoming first impression
• Present menus and provide clear, helpful descriptions of menu items
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
• Upsell menu items and daily features to enhance guest experience
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards are followed
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure complete satisfaction
• Support team operations including bussing, resetting tables, and assisting during peak hours

Requirements

• Previous serving experience preferred (minimum 1–2 years ideal)
• Smart Serve certification (required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Fluent in English
