Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Tier 1 Service Desk experience with ability to hit the ground running
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
  • Strong oral communication skills (will interact with executive-level stakeholders)
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative escalation environment
  • Comfortable with onsite, user-facing troubleshooting and support
  • High level of punctuality (non-negotiable) – must be on the floor by 9:00 AM

Skills & Qualifications

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and enterprise applications
  • Document incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow
  • Build strong end-user relationships and deliver excellent customer service
  • Contribute to knowledge base and process improvements
