Clinical Psychologist

Location: Edmonton, AB T6B 1M6 (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75–$100/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
• Diagnose mental health conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy and counselling.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, educators, families, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in research and evidence-based practice.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Help train staff or students on psychological principles.

Requirements

• Valid registration/licensure as a Psychologist in Alberta.
• Experience working with blue-collar workers is preferred.
• Strong assessment, counselling, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collect and interpret clinical data.
• Professional, empathetic, and confidential approach to patient care.

Compensation
