Job Title: Property Caretaker / Cleaner (Part-Time)

Location: Burnaby, Burnaby North Region, Vancouver, BC

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3 hours per day

Employment Type: Part-Time

About The Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Property Caretaker/Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of our property. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, is self-motivated, and can manage their time efficiently with minimal supervision.

Duties Include

• General cleaning of lobbies, hallways, stairs, elevators, and common areas
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of surfaces
• Cleaning glass doors, windows, and fixtures
• Emptying garbage and maintaining cleanliness of outside entrances
• Light outdoor upkeep (sweeping walkways, removing litter)
• Reporting any maintenance or repair issues

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or caretaker experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Trustworthy and dependable
• Physically fit and capable of handling cleaning tasks
