Thrift Store Manager

IWAV is looking for a permanent, part-time Thrift Store Manager (28 hours/week) to lead our beloved Transitions Thrift Store.

This is more than a retail management role – it’s an opportunity to lead a business with purpose. As the Manager of IWAV’s Transitions Thrift Store, you’ll oversee a thriving social enterprise, foster an inviting space for customers, lead a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, and support fundraising events. Every purchase and donation helps fund IWAV’s free programs and services, making a direct difference in the lives of people experiencing violence and abuse across the Southern Gulf Islands.

Position Details

• Part-time (28 hours/week)

• $30–$34/hour plus benefits (3 weeks paid vacation, extended health/dental plan, & pension plan)

• Estimated start date: August 4-13, 2026
