Job Title – Systems Operations Specialist

Location: Oakville, ON

Reporting to: Senior Manager, Operations

Hybrid – 3 days on site

We are seeking a Systems Operations Specialist to provide advanced technical support for enterprise systems used by Government and Law Enforcement customers across Canada.

This role focuses on

  • Troubleshooting,
  • System administration,
  • Deployments,
  • Customer support, and
  • Maintaining service levels in mission-critical environments.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in systems administration or technical support (beyond help desk).
  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems.
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).
  • Basic SQL/database knowledge.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to participate in after-hours/on-call support.

Ideal Candidate

A customer-focused technical professional with strong troubleshooting skills who enjoys supporting complex systems, working directly with end users, and collaborating with Engineering and QA teams.
