Sport Driving Canada is currently seeking a Vehicle Detailer to join our client’s team at the Porsche Experience Centre Toronto (PEC). Position Objective

The Vehicle Detailing Team Member is primarily responsible for cleaning, washing, and preparing vehicles to PEC standards. This role is hands-on and detail-focused, with daily responsibilities including exterior washes, interior cleaning, drying, vacuuming, window cleaning, and overall vehicle presentation. The role may also include occasional vehicle movement or light logistics support as needed.

The Porsche Experience Centre (PEC) is a brand immersion destination for automobile enthusiasts. It offers the ability for guests of all ages to take in the heritage of the brand, experience the Porsche lifestyle and the thrill of the drive, allowing Porsche to build connections with people from all walks of life. Guests visit the PEC primarily to engage in driving experiences behind the wheel of a Porsche vehicle on a purpose-built driver development track.

Primary Responsibilities

· Perform daily interior and exterior cleaning and detailing of PEC vehicles, ensuring they consistently meet Porsche presentation and cleanliness standards.

· Wash, dry, vacuum, and clean vehicles thoroughly, with close attention to detail and proper care of all vehicle surfaces and finishes.

· Inspect vehicles before and after cleaning and promptly report any damage, maintenance concerns, or issues requiring further attention.

· Prepare and maintain vehicles for PEC events, demonstrations, customer programs, and other operational requirements.

· Work closely with the NVD Specialist to prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring each vehicle is presented to the highest standard.

· Maintain detailing equipment, products, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.

· Monitor detailing supplies and communicate replenishment needs to the appropriate team member.

· Assist with fueling, charging, and basic vehicle readiness checks as required.

· Support occasional on-site vehicle movement, staging, and other light logistics needs as required.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business / Engineering or Technical School Degree preferred, or equivalent

Experience (Job and Industry)

· 3+ years of hands-on professional vehicle washing and detailing experience

· Previous experience in a dealership, professional detailing facility, or high-end automotive environment preferred

· Experience working with luxury or high-performance vehicles is considered an asset

· Previous experience with the Porsche brand or within the Volkswagen Group is considered an asset

· Experience working in a fast-paced automotive, fleet, or track environment is preferred but not required

· Strong knowledge of professional detailing techniques, products, equipment, and proper vehicle care procedures

· General computer experience (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, Database software)

· The ability to foster positive and productive work relationships

· English required, French preferred, German a plus
