What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality venipuncture and specimen collection
• Ensure accurate specimen handling, labeling, and documentation
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain infection prevention and quality assurance standards
• Assist in creating a welcoming, efficient clinic environment
• Work collaboratively with our healthcare team

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience (required)
• Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)
• Excellent venipuncture skills and patient interaction
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable using electronic medical records and computer systems
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical setting
