What Your Days Will Look Like

• Hitting the Books: You will balance helping clients with studying to pass your provincial licensing exam.

• Fast-Paced Problem Solving: You will handle a busy workload, switching between answering client questions and updating files on the computer. Knowledge and accuracy is a must .

• Helping People: You will explain insurance policies in simple terms so clients feel safe and protected.

Who We Are Looking For

• People Persons: You have experience dealing with the public (retail, serving, call centres, or hospitality, busy office administration) and genuinely enjoy helping people.

• Fast Learners: You don't need to know insurance yet, but you must be excited to study, take notes, and pass a professional exam.

• Computer Savvy: You are comfortable using computers, toggling between multiple tabs/software, and typing accurately while talking.

• Detail Lovers: You notice the little things. In insurance, a small typo can matter, so accuracy is key.

• Preference for those with business experience or administrative/business courses.
