Location: University of Toronto (Downtown Campus)

Start Date: September 2026

Caffe'in is currently seeking one Full-Time and multiple Part-Time Barista to join our growing team.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced campus environment.

Qualifications

• College Diploma or higher
• Previous customer service experience (experience in coffee shops, food service, or retail is preferred)
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Able to work efficiently and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Able to maintain professionalism and provide exceptional customer service during peak periods and long customer lineups
• Comfortable performing daily inventory checks, stock counting, and restocking duties
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
