Top Notch Roofing, a well-established, family-run company in Chilliwack, BC, is looking for a motivated

Apprentice Roofer to join our growing team.

No experience? No problem -- we'll train you! If you're reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn a skilled trade with year-round employment and great pay, this is your opportunity to build a lasting career in roofing.

What You'll Do

• Work alongside experienced roofers on residential roof repairs and replacements.
• Learn to install and repair shingles, flashing, and structural components.
• Assist with roof preparation, cleanup, and safe material handling.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean job site.
• Take direction from crew leads and develop hands-on roofing skills every day.

What We're Looking For

• No prior experience required -- we provide full training.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically fit and comfortable with heights.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
