About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, creative, and self-driven Social Media Videographer & Content Creator based in Montreal to become our go-to production partner for local client shoots.

At Reborn Marketing, we shape digital identities for brands across a wide range of industries. Every project is different, but our mission is always the same: create content that looks professional, feels authentic, and performs on social media.

This isn't a traditional videography role. We don't produce documentaries or long-form productions—we create high-quality, engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

Our team develops the strategy, scripts, and creative direction. Your role is to bring those ideas to life through great cinematography, photography, and on-set direction.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video and photo content for client social media.
• Follow scripts, shot lists, and creative briefs provided by our team.
• Guide clients and business owners during filming to help them feel comfortable on camera.
• Capture content optimized for social media platforms, primarily in vertical format.
• Ensure footage is clean, well-lit, and aligned with our creative standards.
• Organize and deliver raw footage promptly after each shoot.
• Communicate with our remote creative team before and after productions.
• Represent our agency professionally while working directly with clients.

Requirements

• Based in Montreal, QC.
• Previous experience creating content for brands, businesses, or social media.
• Own professional equipment suitable for commercial social media production (camera, stabilization, lighting, and audio).
• Strong understanding of framing, composition, lighting, and camera movement.
• Ability to follow creative direction while contributing your own creative ideas.
• Comfortable directing non-professional talent on camera.
• Reliable transportation to travel to different client locations.
• Professional, organized, and dependable.
