Senior Bookkeeper

Attention Senior Bookkeepers looking to join a growing business located in Bedford, NS

Experience Using QuickBooks Online And Microsoft 365 Is Required.

Position Responsibilities

Here's What Your Day-to-day Looks Like

• Primary focused on maintaining accurate financial records, including tracking income and expenses, reconciling bank statements monthly, recording intercompany transactions
• Managing accounts payable accounts
• Entering financial data into QuickBooks Online and preparing financial statements

Skills and Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business, finance or accounting, preferably with 5-10 years experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online required
• Proficient in the general use of computers, particularly with Sage, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational, and mathematic skills
• Time management and communication skills
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated
