Compensation: Commission-based (competitive percentage split, negotiable based on experience)

West-Fit Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic has been a trusted name in Brandon, Manitoba since 1990 — over three decades of providing exceptional physiotherapy, massage therapy, and rehabilitation services to our community. Our multidisciplinary team brings over 50 combined years of clinical expertise, and we're proud to offer state-of-the-art treatment options including Shockwave therapy, ultrasound, vestibular therapy, and concussion management (ImPACT testing).

We're growing our team and looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist who shares our commitment to evidence-based, patient-centred care.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatment for musculoskeletal, neurological, sports-related, and post-surgical conditions

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation (SOAP notes/chart notes)

• Collaborate with our team of massage therapists, support staff, and fellow physiotherapists

• Support patients through direct-billing insurance processes

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

What We're Looking For

• Registered/licensed Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba (or eligible for licensure)

• New graduates are welcome to apply — mentorship provided to help you build your clinical confidence and caseload

• Internationally Educated Physiotherapists (IEPTs) are welcome to apply — we support your licensing/registration journey and value the diverse clinical perspective you bring

• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills

• Excellent communication and patient-relationship skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary clinical environment
