Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 BOE

More Than Recruitment

You'll build talent pipelines, strengthen Gateway's employer brand and use market intelligence to help the business stay ahead of hiring needs.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Develop proactive talent pipelines.
  • Source candidates using creative strategies.
  • Conduct candidate outreach and screening.
  • Partner with hiring managers.
  • Represent Gateway at recruiting events.
  • Monitor labour market trends.
  • Support diversity hiring.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of sourcing/talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience sourcing operations or logistics talent.
  • Strong communication and ATS experience.

Working Environment

  • Office or hybrid environment.
  • Occasional recruiting travel.
