Senior Project Manager - Commercial Projects

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Fit Out Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects. This role requires exceptional project management skills, a strong understanding of construction processes, and the ability to lead teams from Oakville office and onsite across Ontario.

Description

• Manage all phases of commercial fit-out projects, from initial planning to final completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Review and approve project plans, schedules, and designs.
• Oversee on-site activities to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Address and resolve any project-related issues or challenges promptly.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.

Profile

A successful Commercial Fit Out Project Manager should have:

• A strong background in construction project management within the commercial and industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams.
