Ears To You Calgary is seeking an Audiologist or Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner who is excited to bring exceptional hearing care directly into the community.
Every day is unique. At Ears To You, you won’t be stuck in the same exam room every day. You’ll be out in the community educating the public, and in our modern mobile clinic providing professional hearing health services. This role blends clinical care with true community connection, striking the perfect balance of education and clinical practice.
About Ears To You
Ears To You has changed how hearing services are delivered by exclusively providing at-home hearing health care to all of its clients. We believe professional hearing services should be accessible, convenient, and competitively priced. As a clinician, you’ll work with an independently owned practice while being part of a greater network of professionals across the country who share resources, insight, and a mission to make hearing care more accessible.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver mobile hearing services including standard hearing tests, dispensing and fitting a wide range of hearing aid brands, and providing follow-up support, technical troubleshooting, and client counselling.
- Maintain thorough, accurate clinical notes that reflect professional standards.
- Be an ambassador for hearing health by hosting presentations, wellness events, and educational workshops.
- Build referral networks with local healthcare partners and community organizations.
- Contribute to a culture of warmth, care, and connection.
Who You Are
- Audiologist or Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner in good standing with the applicable provincial regulatory body, or eligible to obtain registration in Alberta prior to employment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent clinical documentation and file management skills.
- An empathetic communicator who can connect with a wide range of clients in various home settings.
- A confident and outgoing speaker who loves interacting with new people and educating the public about general hearing health.
- Purpose-driven, looking for work that feels personal, not corporate.
- A person who loves driving and being on the move!
