Crew Lead

Mark Anthony Group Inc. is seeking applicants to fill 4 full-time Crew Lead positions located in the Okanagan Valley. Wage: $20.25 per hour plus 4% vacation pay based on 40 or more hours per week.

Job duties include but are not limited to tractor driving, mowing, pruning, planting new vines, shoot & bunch thinning, hand harvesting, spraying, trimming & de-leafing, with the ability to work outdoors in various environments (cold, damp, dust, heat). The Crew Lead will also be responsible to support the day to day oversight of the labourers in their crew, ensuring SOPs are followed and tasks are completed and be the communication point for their crew to the Crew Foreman.

Education and experience are assets but not required. Applicants must be able to successfully complete a Tractor Operators Course.
