Application Developer

We are seeking a creative and automation-focused Application Developer to build the user interfaces and internal software tools that power our factory's administration, testing, and production. You will design the databases and dashboards that allow us to visualize production data and manage workflows. If you have a strong understanding of UI/UX and a passion for making complex data easy to use, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centric development.
• Experience in database design and management (SQL or NoSQL).
• Proficiency in modern web or desktop application frameworks.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on automation and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop internal software tools to support production, testing, and administration.
• Create intuitive user interfaces and robust backend databases.
• Maintain and update production management tools to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Support data visualization efforts to help management track KPIs and factory metrics.
• Collaborate with end-users (factory staff) to refine and improve tool usability.
